Live Long & Live Well: A Guide to Healthy Aging
Believe it or not, it is possible to get healthier with age and actually feel younger! In this series, we will identify the key to healthy aging, as well as three types of “garbage” that collect in our bodies and how to reduce it. We will also discuss the healthiest way to eat for all ages. This portion of class is hosted by Arinne Dickson of Your Friend In Health, who will also be providing nutritious smoothies as a snack.
The following 45 minutes will be spent in a vinyasa yoga flow, led by Jessica of Living Divina. Movement will be synced with breath as you fire up your body and metabolism.
All levels are welcome, modifications for beginners are always offered. We have extra yoga mats and props if needed.

Make your own medicine: Yoga + Wellness Seminar
Did you know that your body has an internal pharmacy?
It does! And it can supply the medicines you need in just the right doses, at just the right time – if you know how to keep it open! Participants will learn the keys to their pharmacy as well as the four pillars of health in this eye-opening class hosted by Arinne Dickson of Your Friend In Health.
The following 45 minutes will be spent in a vinyasa yoga flow, led by Jessica. In this immunity focused class, movement will be synced with breath as you learn simple ways to pump your lymph to keep your system healthy.
All levels are welcome, modifications for beginners are always offered.

Children's Aerial Yoga Camp
Led by Holly Johnson of Aviana Yoga - For children Ages 6-11. During this camp each child will be able to take some time to connect with other children, discover ways to be mindful, have an outlet for play, enjoy their imaginations with creativity and exploration. This camp includes a welcome circle with a child-safe aromatherapy, an aerial yoga session with the colorful hammocks, relaxation time while listening to a story, a snack break as well as a mindful creative crafting activity.
Please have your child dress comfortably with clothes that are ok for crafting and movement. Aerial yoga requires tops that cover armpits and bottoms that cover to at least the knees, no shorts and tank tops. Please have your child bring a water bottle and if they have a preferred snack they are welcome to bring it; otherwise, sliced apples, cheese slices, and trail mix will be available (please be sure to notify us of any allergies especially nut allergies).

Galentine's Night
We are curating a unique experience for you, all you have to do is show up!
We will begin the night with a 45 minute yoga flow led by Jessica. Next, Corinn from Corinn Spills will first lead us in meditation and then through a mindful art session using her unique wine spill art paper. You will get lost in the rosy and scarlet colors as you create your own work of art to take home.
To help unleash your creativity, Corinn will also be serenading the group with live music while a variety of wine, charcuterie, and non-alcoholic beverages are served. (*You do not need to be 21 to attend this event)

Advent Candlelight Holy Yoga
This is a free class, but you must register to hold your spot as space is limited. We encourage families to attend. Kids are always welcome if they are able to enjoy a quiet class and have the bandwidth to receive the directives. We kindly ask that if you are signed up and end up not being able to make it, please cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start time to allow our friends on the waitlist to get bumped into your spot.
Holy Yoga is a faith based, Christ-centered yoga and form of experiential worship. This modality brings introspective movements, while focusing on breath work and reliance on God through meditation, prompting you to be present and in the moment. No matter where you find yourself in your faith journey, there is a place for you. No judgement, no competition, just being.

Hops & Flow
Welcome to a yoga flow hosted by Living Divina that takes place right in the heart of the newly opened local Fox Republic Brewing Company. Yoga and beer - sounds like an oxymoron, right? You'll find your balance during yoga, and then you may lose it again after tasting the skillfully brewed beer.
You can expect to unwind and find your center as you move through invigorating poses and stretching sequences all to upbeat music. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is designed for all skill levels and no experience is necessary.
Beer is not included in the cost of the ticket. Beer will be 1/2 price for students after class.

Pop Up Goat Yoga
This “bucket list” event will undoubtedly surpass your expectations. Goats love to snuggle, run, and jump on you as you enjoy some soul-stretching yoga with our certified yoga instructor. It may seem silly to some, but we can assure you the experience is unlike any other. Interacting with any animal is therapeutic, but combining the beautiful practice yoga with animal therapy is a joy you will feel deep in your heart.
The 2 hour experience will start with a beginner (goat friendly) 45-60 min yoga class with a certified instructor. Afterward, there will be plenty of time to take the perfect selfie and cuddle with our jovial friends.
Our classes are limited to 20 participants which allows for enough room for the goats to interact with everyone. You can add your name to the waitlist and should someone cancel, you will be bumped up through our system.

You first drink the coffee to wake yourself up, then you spill it on your paper to wake your artwork up. After you make the spill, you let it dry, and then outline it to see what comes to life. It’s like looking in the clouds to see what has already been created for you.
This is a class where accidents become happy mistakes.
Join us as we host Corinn from Corinn Spills for an explorative and expressive art session paired with a light nosh of refreshments to graze on, inclusive of options for those who have dietary restrictions.
This is a mindful practice, therefore we will be meditating to ground ourselves and get the creative juices flowing.

Couples Aerial Yoga with Therapeutic Touch
A playful class with the aerial yoga hammocks set to hip height. Each participant will have a personal cocoon to wrap themselves up in and suspend in bliss. The class will celebrate the beautiful bond between couples through partner and individual aerial yoga postures and therapeutic touch activities. The class will conclude with a heartfelt extended relaxation in the hammock to destress and fill your cup up for the fresh week ahead.

Mommy & Me Aerial Yoga (ages 5-11)
An aerial yoga class to be explored alongside a special little one in your life (ages 5 – 11). This class will include partner stretching on the mat and in the air with the aerial yoga hammock! Each pair will share a hammock to dive into relaxation and imagination making mindful lasting memories together. A great class for mothers, aunts, nieces, daughters, grandparents and grandchildren!

Ladies Night Out with Aerial Yoga & Aromatherapy
Gather your friends or come and make some new ones for a playful evening of aerial yoga fun! Our evening will begin with a cup of tea while in a sister circle where we will all connect and select a special inspirational card for womanly wisdom, then we will make our way to the hammocks for a beginner friendly yoga practice while moving with our breath and flowing with the fabric. Easily accessible inversions will be introduced throughout the practice and modifications for poses can be offered where needed.
Class concludes with a dreamy rest in the comforting cocoon of the fabric. After the aerial yoga practice is complete, each person will get to visit the aromatherapy station to create her own unique essential oil blend to take home as a sweet gift infused with the beauty of the evening together!

Starting in June, morning classes on Monday & Friday at 8:30am will be held at Jaycee Pond in Yorkville. If the weather is poor, class will be held back at the studio and details will be communicated to those who signed up. *Please be sure to check the address when signing up, the location is subject to change.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Please dress in layers and bring anything you may need to be comfortable (water bottle, yoga mat, etc). We also recommend bringing a large towel, as the morning dew can make the grass damp.
